Chef’s Table


Location: Iowa City, IA
Description: Developed a restaurant with a Chef owner that allowed the patrons to watch their food being made. Concept for the dining area was for the circulation to flow through the seating area like a stream that continued down a ramp with a vaulted stone ceiling and ending at the window into the kitchen. A large eat in wine cellar provided storage and display of thousands of bottles of wine.
